Agility

(Member Skill)

Getting Started

To start off in Agility, there is only one thing you can do, the Gnome Stronghold which is north of the West/East Ardougne Wall.  In the center of the stronghold you will find the course.  Start at the Log Bridge and finish it at the pipe.  If you do everything in order you will get a few bones experience points when you complete the course, for a total of 90 experience.  Hint: You can gain levels faster doing the whole course over and over than just one obstacle.  When your fatigue reaches the maximum, just sleep in your sleeping bag, it will not interfere with doing the course in order.

Main Areas:  In Agility there are many places to train, but the main ones are below

Gnome Stronghold:

The first place you can use Agility is the Gnome Stronghold, which is located North west of Ardougne.  Outside there is a woman that needs help, so naturally help here to get in.  Go north and look to the east.

Barbarian Outpost:

An Agility level of 35 is required to train in the Barbarian Outpost, which is south of Camelot castle.  You must have completed a certain members' quest to get here (below).

  • Barcrawl Locations:

The Jolly Boar Inn:  North of Varrock (follow path from city north, then look to east)
The Blue Moon Inn:  Varrock (south of main square, on road to southern entrance)
    The Rising Sun:  Falador Market
The Dead Mans Chest:  Brimhaven (southern)
The Foresters Arms:  Seers Village (west of the bank)
The Rusty Anchor:  Port Sarim (north of Lady Lumbridge, off dock)

After you have completed the Barcrawl you can access the barbarian outpost as long as you have an Agility level of 35.

Agility Dungeon:

A level of 42 Agility is required to train on the ledge, but to go further you need level 57.

Wilderness course:

Located west of Teleport "hub", you need an agility level of 52.  Watch out for PKers.

Log Bridge

Handholds (Yanille)

Ledge

Located in Agility Dungeon to access the Chaos Druid Warriors.  A level of 40 Agility is required.

Pipe

A level of 49 agility is required.  Located beyond the ledge to access Skeletons.

Rope Swing

Located in Agility Dungeon, used to access Chaos Druids and door to the bank.  You need level 83 thieving needed for door, and level 57 agility needed for Rope swing.

Rock Pile

Located in Agility Dungeon to access Salarin the Twisted.  You need level 67 agility to use it.

  • To defeat Salarin the Twisted you need to use Mind rune spells like Fire and Wind strike.  He will sometimes drop the Sinister Key, which can be sued on the chest in the Skeleton room in the Agility Dungeon to gain 8 high level herbs. Beware though, the chest will poison you.
